QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
EMBOTITS ARTESANS MONTS, S.L. - MONTS INTERNATIONAL has
established its Quality System Policy orientated towards
achieving the major satisfaction of its clients, guaranteeing
the quality of its products and service, assuming the
commitment with the social and environmental aspects
and contributing actively to the sustainable means of
the application of Good Environmental Practices with
regard to all of the activities it carries out.
Through the Integral Quality System Policy, EMBOTITS
ARTESANS MONTS - MONTS INTERNATIONAL works
towards a better environmental behaviour by proportioning
structured work dynamics for the achievement of continuous
improvement and for assuring, at all times, compliance
with the Norms and Legal Requirements of the application
and with other requisites EMBOTITS ARTESANS
MONTS - MONTS INTERNATIONAL may endorse.
The principal bases of the EMBOTITS ARTESANS
MONTS - MONTS INTERNATIONAL’S policy
are:
- To use the most adequate means for getting to know
and updating the clients’ necessities and expectations,
which will serve as a base to establish the service
requirements and assure their satisfaction.
- Contamination prevention derived from all of the
environmental aspects generated as a consequence of
the firm’s activity.
- To secure the most innovating and clean technological
resources to the extent that its economical or strategic
profitability has been proven and if the available
resources permit this.
- Training, information and making workers, collaborators,
supplier, sub-contractors and any person who may be
acting on behalf of the firm aware, with the aim to
integrate them into the documented methods and procedures,
as well as into the Norms of applicable reference that
assure the quality and its environmental respect.
- Establishment of the preventive means that avoid
the appearance of non conformity and the continued
improvement procedures that contribute to an increase
in quality and fomenting, when economically feasible,
the use of the best technical improvements available.
- Involvement of all of the members of the firm, including
the management, in order to guarantee the food safety
of the products it supplies, thanks to having implanted
the HACCP system and the follow-up of the traceability
of obligated compliance since January 2005.
- Periodical review of this policy in order to continuously
adapt it.
The Management of EMBOTITS ARTESANS MONTS -
MONTS INTERNATIONAL, obligates itself totally
to complying with this policy, which is available to
the workers, the persons who may act on behalf of the
firm and the general public for their knowledge and
as a reference point for the objectives and aims.
